Product Overview

1-2″ seamless layer of high-density spray foam over the roof deck with an elastomeric coating. Once the spray foam dries, it forms a seamless and protective roof to protect your business from leaks and other unwanted climate impacts.

We install Conklin’s SPF (Spray Polyurethane Foam) per the manufacturer’s instructions every time, guaranteeing you all the benefits of a Foam Roof. This roofing system also comes with a 10-18 year guarantee for peace of mind and long-lasting protection. That said, SPF roofs can last up to 55+ years with regular maintenance and top coating reapplications.

Benefits Of Installation

  • Durable

SPF is designed to withstand strain from normal expansion/contraction of building’s structure. Regardless of wind, hail, rain, and heat, this roofing system remains sealed.

  • Reflective

This material contains aluminum particles that reflect UV rays and emphasizes the insulation properties.

This can reduce the overall absorption of heat, reducing the workload of HVAC systems and resulting in lower energy costs.

  • Versatile

SPF can conform to any surface’s shape and material. In addition to flat roofs, SPF can be applied to slopes and dome-shaped roofs with ease.

Installation costs are also reduced because there is no need for tear-offs!

  • Waterproofing

Instead of soaking up water (like other insulating material), SPF repels water. SPF’s closed-cell design prevents water penetration even at the site of minor top-layer damage. Once one of our quality installations is sealed, the entirety of the roof is leak-proof!

  • Restorable

To ensure your SPF installation’s maximum lifespan the elastomeric coating must be reapplied every ten years.

Don’t worry! This is just a top coat reapplication process with Zero Down-Time and will keep your roof good as new.

  • Cost-Effective

SPF roofs are incredibly cost-effective – considering the reflectivity, durability, and versatility, you can expect repairs, lower energy costs, and peace of mind.
