Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) is a top choice for the commercial roofing industry. TPO is a synthetic material that typically averages the lowest material cost and offers a reduction in energy cost due to its reflective white color.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a solid choice for your commercial building – with it being a cool roof membrane, it carries an Energy Star and Cool Roof rating. This is one of the strongest materials you can use, and it can also expand/contract with the structure.

Installation Details
Installation Preparations
Clean Existing Roof’s Surface- Remove dirt, grime, and caulk
- Remove other products used in patchwork
- High-pressure wash to expose the original material
- Use additional products as-needed to remove potential contaminants.
Inspect and Repair Existing Damage
Roof Inspection- Inspect existing roof to ensure there is no existing damage that would interfere with the installation.
- If applicable, all repairs will be completed appropriately so the installation can be completed with confidence.
Install Single Ply Material
Application of Single Ply Membrane- The single ply roofing system of your choice will be installed.
